The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for the administration of all personnel policies and programs, is the lead member of the City's labor relations team and is responsible for all labor relation activities. The Specialist conducts recruitment efforts for all City positions, develops staff training programs, monitors the performance appraisal program, maintains personnel records, assists with processing of employee grievances and serves as the City Affirmative Action Officer and OSHA Coordinator.Hope Burchell - Human Resource Specialist
